Ground stations represent an indispensable component of satellite systems, performing critical functions such as data reception, satellite control, communication support, and scientific monitoring. In response to the rapid advancements in satellite technology and the increasing frequency of launches, the deployment, distribution, and automation of these stations must continue to evolve to support large-scale satellite networks. This project aims to assist in the development and testing of ground stations for Taiwan’s mission satellites. Key technical objectives include achieving real-time demodulation and channel decoding, supporting diverse modulation and coding schemes, and reaching a baud rate of 200M samples/s with a bandwidth exceeding 400MHz. Through comprehensive hardware-software integration and the implementation of a GUI, the system will enable satellite service providers to efficiently receive, decode, calibrate, compress, and store data for further analysis.
