低軌衛星技術為滿足實現全球覆蓋即時通訊網路需求，低軌衛星採用高載波頻率進行通訊，如Ku(12～18GHz)、Ka(27～40GHz)頻帶，提供更大的頻寬達到高速的數據傳輸。衛星通訊酬載與地面使用者終端的波束控制機制包含波束獲取(Beam Acquisition)以及波束追蹤(Beam Tracking)兩個階段。本專題建立已知的衛星軌道參數自訂衛星姿態和萬向節轉向建模模擬，設計衛星通訊波束追蹤與波束空間管理，再基於此波束指向角度將波束編號對應到陣列天線單元的相移器與衰減器係數，進行射頻晶片進行波束切換，以驅動天線達到追蹤衛星之目的。
